Training

1. Training (On-site, Off-site, and Online)

We provide training related to program delivery and community development through HGS staffing as well as professional colleagues. All have particular specialized knowledge regarding prevention, intervention and skills development aimed at community empowerment and action. We conduct training assessment, provide an overview of the assessment and suggested curricula. Then, a proposal for the training initiative is developed outlining content and delivery options including a profile of the trainers.

2. Quality Assurance

The need for open, continuous communication amongst staff is vital. A staff that supports critical thinking and analysis across the spectrum of services contributes to skills development and growth that supports excellence. Performance achieved through non-judgmental, open sharing from staff, community participants, and authorities promotes appropriate program delivery. It results in purposeful change and managed adaptation that best fits community needs.
